What You’ll Do
Join our R&D organization of 1,000+ engineers and work within a Product Engineering team of 5–7 people, where you’ll own and develop one key component of our solution. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to build end‑to‑end features, from intuitive user experiences to scalable backend services, used at global scale.
Your role at a glance
Design, build, and maintain full‑stack features, from responsive, user‑friendly frontends to robust backend services.
Own a product component end to end, from architecture and implementation to production and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Program teams to turn user and business needs into impactful solutions.
Build scalable, high‑performance backend services and APIs, with strong attention to reliability and quality.
Develop modern, maintainable frontends, focusing on usability, accessibility, and performance.
Continuously deploy using modern CI/CD practices to ship features safely and frequently.
Contribute to a strong engineering culture, sharing best practices, mentoring others, and bringing ideas from the tech community.
Who You Are
You’re a passionate full‑stack engineer who enjoys working across the stack and understanding the why behind what you build.
You have 7+ years of experience developing complex systems and user‑facing applications in production.
You have solid experience with backend development (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Scala, Node.js) and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
You care about clean architecture, reusable code, and simple solutions that scale well.
You’re curious and proactive, always interested in learning new tools, technologies, and patterns.
You have a collaborative, “can‑do” mindset and enjoy working in cross‑functional teams.
You’re comfortable in Agile environments and take pride in shipping high‑quality, well‑tested features.
Our recruitment process: what to expect?
HR Interview (30‑45 min) – Get to know each other, align on expectations, and answer your questions.
Technical Screen (30 min) – A short live coding exercise on CoderPad, focused on problem‑solving.
In‑depth Coding Interview (2 hours) – A hands‑on technical session on CoderPad, you’ll be asked to develop simple features on a small web application.
System Design Interview (1 hour) – A collaborative discussion on designing scalable full‑stack and backend systems, held on Zoom.
Final Interview – A behavioral, culture‑focused conversation with senior team members (Zoom or onsite).
