ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE: The

Head of Corporate Development – Americas

will play a critical role in supporting the company’s expansion across North and Latin America. Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Development – Americas, this role focuses on market analysis, go-to-market planning, tender preparation, financial modeling, and cross-functional coordination. You will help turn strategic direction into actionable plans, ensuring the organization is aligned, prepared, and equipped to pursue new market opportunities. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking ability, and comfort working within regulated environments. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Market Analysis & Strategic Assessment

Conduct market, regulatory, and competitive analysis across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM. Build structured go-to-market assessments for priority states and countries. Support prioritization of opportunities with data-driven insights. Go-to-Market Planning

Develop market-entry frameworks including commercial, operational, and regulatory considerations. Analyze partnership models (JV, PMA, B2B, license) and prepare recommendations for the VP. Prepare internal materials outlining market-entry options, risks, and requirements. Financial Modeling & Business Cases

Own financial modeling for new opportunities, including P&L, ROI, and scenario analyses. Support due diligence on potential partnerships, acquisitions, or investments. Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline with supporting financial metrics. Tender & Proposal Support

Prepare commercial outlines, bid inputs, and strategic positioning for tenders. Coordinate the collection of information across legal, finance, product, and technology teams. Ensure proposals are well-structured, compliant, and delivered on schedule. Cross-Functional Project Execution

Drive internal workstreams for new market entries and strategic initiatives. Prepare materials for approval processes (SteerCo, executive reviews, investment committees). Track progress, highlight risks, and ensure alignment across departments. VP-Level Support & Stakeholder Engagement

Provide the VP with research, analysis, briefing materials, and presentation support. Attend select meetings with external stakeholders, regulators, and partners. Support representation at industry conferences as needed. WHY JOIN THE TEAM: Contribute directly to the company’s most important strategic initiatives across the Americas. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, WE BELIEVE YOU SHOULD HAVE 5+ years’ experience in strategy, corporate planning, financial analysis, consulting, corporate development, or strategic operations. Strong analytical, modeling, and commercial assessment skills. Experience working in regulated industries, gaming, lottery, government contracting, or tech is an advantage but not required. Comfortable managing complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership.
