Are you ready to help manufacturers rethink how they design electrical harnesses from the ground up? As a
Solution Architect
, you'll work directly with customers in Transportation, Automotive, and Aerospace to explore their toughest design and manufacturing challenges, then craft solutions using
Siemens Capital
tools that create real impact on their operations. You'll be the vital link between customer needs and our technology—someone who understands their language and recognizes what success looks like for them. Based in France with flexibility to work hybrid, you'll shape how leading manufacturers approach their most complex electrical system problems.
Responsibilities
Determine
deployment strategies by analyzing customers' electrical system design and manufacturing needs, then document solutions that unlock the full potential of the Siemens Capital tool suite.
Own
deployment projects from start to finish at customer sites, keeping all teams in sync—consulting, sales, and engineering—to deliver on schedule and within scope.
Lead
hands-on technical workshops and training sessions that build customer team capability and confidence with Capital tools.
Build
custom plugins and configure tools to fit each customer's specific workflows and business processes, capturing their unique requirements.
Solve
technical challenges when customers encounter roadblocks, delivering solutions that strengthen their operational performance.
Collaborate
with consulting and account managers to identify new opportunities and grow the business through successful deployments.
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Significant professional experience in electrical harness design and manufacturing processes.
Hands-on expertise in wire harness design, cabling systems, and the specific challenges of Automotive, Aerospace, or Harness manufacturing.
Direct experience with Siemens Capital tools or comparable electrical system design software.
Experience of writing requirements specifications for software development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French
, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to build trust with customers
and maintain strong internal networks.
Nice to have
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles and digital transformation in manufacturing.
Background in customer-facing consulting or professional services.
Ability to develop custom solutions in Java
