YOUR MISSIONS

The Head of Projects leads the execution of complex infrastructure or energy projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, investment committee assumptions, and contractual obligations. The Head of Projects manages a team of Project Managers and oversee all phases from feasibility to final acceptance, including potential involvement during the O&M phase.
Supervise the execution of multiple complex projects, ensuring consistency in methodology, quality, and performance
Ensure alignment of project execution with investment committee decisions and strategic KPIs
Monitor portfolio-level risks, budget adherence, and schedule performance
Lead steering committees and escalate critical issues to senior management
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 4–5 Project Managers
Define individual and collective objectives aligned with departmental goals
Ensure balanced workload distribution and resource allocation
Promote a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with internal governance, legal obligations, and external stakeholder requirements (lenders, authorities, offtakers)
Oversee the implementation of E&S, HSE, and quality standards across all projects
Validate key project deliverables and ensure timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary interface between Project Managers, Asset Owners, PMO, Engineering, Procurement, and financing teams
Facilitate coordination with external consultants, Owner’s Engineers, and governmental bodies
Support the reporting and drawdown processes with lenders and ensure audit readiness
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Consolidate project progress, financials, claims, and risk logs at portfolio level
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management and external stakeholders
Lead lessons learned and REX processes across projects to foster continuous improvement
Process & Methodology
Standardize project execution processes and tools across the team
Ensure proper use of cost control, scheduling, and risk management tools
Promote best practices in contract management, commissioning, and close‑out procedures
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex infrastructure or energy projects
In depth knowledge in solar, wind, hydro, and/or storage energy fields
In‑depth knowledge of industrial project construction or the energy sector
Deep understanding of EPC contracts, project finance, and stakeholder coordination
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision‑making abilities
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Master’s degree from an engineering school
Master’s degree in project management or PMP is a plus
In-depth knowledge of HSES regulations
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, etc.)
