le support technique après-vente : au quotidien, il assurera le support technique des clients existants et mènera à bien les projets et les livraisons pour les nouveaux clients la mise en service des systèmes ainsi que la formation des utilisateurs. le support technique avant-vente : en amont des projets il apportera du support aux différents responsables commerciaux en réalisant des études de faisabilité ou des démonstrations. Le candidat doit faire preuve d’une grande rigueur, être à l’écoute du client. Il devra assurer un service technique de qualité, principalement en anglais et français et entretenir de bonnes relations tant avec les clients qu’avec les membres de l’équipe. Des déplacements réguliers à l’international (durée de 2 à 5 jours entre 1 à 2 fois par mois) sont à prévoir pendant toute la durée de la mission. After-sales technical support: on a day-to-day basis, he will provide technical support to existing customers and carry out projects and deliveries for new customers the commissioning of the systems as well as the training of users. Pre-sales technical support: upstream of projects, he will provide support to the various sales managers by carrying out feasibility studies or demonstrations. Regular international travel (duration of 2 to 5 days between 1 to 2 times per month) is to be expected throughout the duration of the mission. Key Responsibilities

Education: Diploma in the fields of electrical engineering (Bac + 5: Engineering School, Master's degree) Experience: Ideally significant experience in modeling complex systems such as electrical conversion and drives, mechatronic systems, control/command. Beginners accepted, depending on the profile.
