About the Role
As Marketing Lead Specialist France, you will be the end‑to‑end marketing owner for the French region. You will act as a strategic partner to sales and regional leadership, combining deep business and industry understanding with disciplined execution to drive brand credibility, pipeline growth and measurable commercial impact.
This is a hands‑on role for a marketer who uses AI as a core part of how they plan, execute and optimise marketing, operates with autonomy, builds strong relationships, and delivers outcomes across the full marketing mix.
You are a commercially minded, relationship‑led B2B marketer who balances strategy with execution. You are comfortable owning outcomes, engaging with customers, influencing senior stakeholders, and operating in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment. You bring an AI first mindset, structure, insight and momentum to everything you run.
Core Responsibilities
Regional Ownership & Business Partnership
Own regional marketing strategy and execution for France, aligned to revenue, pipeline and growth priorities.
Work in tight alignment with the EMEA marketing team to ensure shared planning, consistent execution and adoption of best practices across the region.
Develop deep understanding of the French market, priority industries, ICPs and buying committees.
Partner with sales, driving pipeline planning, priority accounts and growth motions.
Campaigns, Industry Leadership, ABM & Customer Growth
Lead full‑funnel, multi‑channel campaigns aligned to New Logo (NSS) and Install Base (IBS) goals.
Design and execute Account Based Marketing programmes (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many) targeting high‑value accounts.
Drive customer marketing initiatives that support retention, advocacy and expansion.
Lead and activate industry associations, flagship events, tradeshows and industry forums in France.
Ensure all activity is insight‑led, industry‑specific and clearly differentiated and underpinned by strong narrative and proof points.
Press, Media & Thought Leadership
Create and execute strong quarterly thought leadership, customer advocacy and press plans.
Partner with media and 3rd parties to amplify regional thought leadership, executive visibility and customer stories.
Support media moments, customer advocacy and local storytelling to build trust and awareness in the French market.
Leverage third‑party endorsement to strengthen credibility and access senior decision‑makers.
Experience & Skills
7+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in mid‑market software, SaaS or industry‑specific technology.
Proven experience owning end‑to‑end regional marketing (brand, demand, ABM, events and launches).
Demonstrated success partnering with sales leadership and driving pipeline impact.
Strong command of marketing platforms (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense) and performance reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and storytelling skills.
Fluent French and professional English required.
