Your mission:
Baker Tilly is looking for a Chartered Accountant - Mission Director (H/F) to join a close-knit team with diverse skills, working closely with clients who seek personalized service.
Within this team, supported by advanced tools (AI), you will be at the heart of our high-value mission: supporting our clients.
As the director of our client missions, managing client relationships and mission organization, you will ensure proper client support. You are a key element for Baker Tilly: for our employees, our image, our clients, and prospects.
By your functions, you actively contribute to the economic performance and sustainability of your office. Your missions include:
Managing client relationships: advising clients, mission letters, team interactions...
Developing your portfolio through the group's marketing and commercial policies
Promoting Baker Tilly's service offerings to clients and prospects
Representing the group's image and brand locally at networks and events
Leading accounting missions
Participating in the technical and relational skill development of team members and liaising with their managers
Supporting company transformations within teams
