Senior Project Manager – Customer Success Projects
DiliTrust is a leading SaaS provider in legal technology, serving 3,000 companies across 50+ countries. We have grown +40% annually since 2020 and are expanding globally.
Responsibilities
Manage strategic projects (3–12 months) covering planning, resources, communication.
Support customers through change management: expert consulting, expectation management, training.
Advise on application setup and configuration with strong product suite expertise.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
Coordinate technical experts for data migration and interface implementation.
Apply agile project management methodology.
Communicate with client teams (business, IT, etc.) and DiliTrust teams (support, R&D, etc.).
Develop business expertise in corporate law, contract & litigation management, governance body management.
Profile
At least 5 years of experience in application project management with clients.
Deep understanding of SaaS implementations.
Ability to lead a project team to success.
Strong communication with internal & external stakeholders.
Excellent understanding of customer needs and expectations.
Strong negotiation skills to defuse conflicts.
Analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and solve problems.
Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English; French is a plus. (For Dubai listing)
Native German speaker and fluent in English for Munich posting.
Autonomous, team‑oriented.
