IT Engineer

IT (Systems) Engineer – Full‑time – Paris – Hybrid (4 days / 1 remote) Company: [company name not provided]

Job Context The company is growing internationally with over 300 employees across Paris, London and New York. As part of the AI, IT & Transformation team, you will manage the Apple ecosystem to ensure operational continuity for the organization.

You will be part of the Corporate IT & Security department, reporting to the IT Manager and working closely with the Senior IT Engineer in the UK and the IT Technician Apprentice.

Responsibilities

Apple Ecosystem Management

Manage the Apple France fleet (~300 devices: MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, Apple TVs)

Administer Kandji MDM (or JAMF)

Maintain DNS Proxy on Cloudflare Zero Trust

Deploy update campaigns and security policies (CIS Level 1)

Hardware inventory management and full equipment lifecycle

Support & Operations

Provide Level‑2 support for complex technical issues

IT onboarding/offboarding for new employees & equipment return

Daily equipment provisioning

User training and enablement

Infrastructure & Offices

Manage meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment (Google Meet hardware)

Coordinate with Office Management: digital signage (Apple TV), building access control (GENEA)

Interact with network and infrastructure providers

Projects & Evolution

Support AI transformation initiatives and lead AI‑first digital projects

Build automations via Make.com and other no‑code tools

Secure SIEM monitoring with Datadog and participate in security committees

Contribute to IT stack modernization

Technical Environment

Apple ecosystem: Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Kandji, ABM

SaaS: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion

AI/Automation: Dust AI, Make.com, Prompting best practices

Infrastructure: Juniper Mist, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Okta

Security: Datadog (SIEM), Genea (access control)

Support: Siit.io (migrating from Jira Service Management)

Technical Expertise

Apple environment administration

Apple MDM (Kandji/JAMF)

Okta platform management

Best practices in SaaS environments (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion)

Interest in AI and emerging technologies
