Purpose of the Role
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards at client site(s). Acting as the primary on-site contact for all QHSE-related matters, the Coordinator works closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure a safe working environment and regulatory compliance.
The role actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the Quality and Safety Management System and supports overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the collection of documentation required for the establishment of the Prevention Plan (PDP)
Coordinate internal and external communication related to the PDP
Ensure the proper implementation and compliance with the Prevention Plan and safety instructions on site
Participate in subcontractor qualification and validation in collaboration with the Quality department
Ensure communication of protocol or procedure updates (internal and external) to the client
Ensure that all QHSE instructions and procedures (company and client) are properly communicated, understood, and acknowledged
Act as the on-site HSE referent for both internal teams and the client
Manage anomalies, non-conformities, and QHSE-related claims (client, internal, subcontractors), including:
Collection and processing of deviations
Root cause analysis
Proposal and implementation of corrective actions
Response to customer complaints
Issuance of supplier complaints
Communication of progress updates to the client
Conduct audits of internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Lead and coordinate QHSE initiatives and topics on site
Required Technical Knowledge
Strong knowledge of laboratory environments
In-depth understanding of QHSE standards and regulations
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
Driving License
Profile
Experience working in a laboratory environment
Experience in Quality and HSE roles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
