Remote Relationship Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Relationship Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will manage a premium portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service and platform engagement. You will serve as the primary contact for high-ticket users, reactivating dormant clients and enhancing loyalty. Your expertise will significantly impact the overall experience and growth of our clients, pushing them toward successful transactions and investment opportunities.

Accountabilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a selected group of high-ticket users.

Engage with dormant high-volume users to understand their needs and facilitate their return to the platform.

Support KYC-verified users in navigating their initial high-value deposits and transactions.

Proactively manage active VIP accounts to minimize churn and maximize Total Value Locked (TVL).

Requirements

Minimum 4-10 years in Priority Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management.

Strong understanding of digital wallets, transaction flows, and financial technology.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

High level of emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to build trust with high-net-worth individuals.

Fluent in English and Urdu. Ability to explain complex financial benefits in simple terms.
