Job Description
A position for Strategic Buyer (m/f) has just opened at Airbus Helicopters at its Marignane site.
This position enables cross-company cooperation with internal transnational customers and partners.
As Strategic Buyer you will be responsible for a panel of strategic suppliers involved in various stages of the manufacturing process for special processes, surface and heat treatment, and paintings in close collaboration with purchasing and manufacturing internally.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
Implementing the Special Processes MFT strategy across programs in a timely and efficient manner, and enforcing compliance to the terms of the agreements with suppliers and partners.
Contribute to sourcing activities, manage Calls for Tenders (RFP, RFI, RFQ) events with supplier selection considering the Total Cost of Ownership and strategy axes to the output, and negotiate contracts to obtain the best purchasing conditions in line with the Company’s requirements.
Ensure professional and trusting supplier relationship management with major aeronautical industry players and uphold the Company ethics and compliance standards in all dealings.
Monitor the contract (during the innovation, development, serial production, and support phases) with suppliers and internal partners to ensure full compliance with the contract's terms and conditions throughout its duration and ensure that the deliverables provided by service providers meet all performance expectations (logistics, support, quality, cost, etc.).
Identify potential synergies with AIRBUS Group divisions and entities.
Tâches et Responsabilités (Français)
Mettre en œuvre la stratégie MFT (Multi-Functional Team) des Procédés Spéciaux sur différents programmes de manière rapide et efficace, et veiller au respect des termes et accords avec les fournisseurs et partenaires.
Contribuer aux activités de sourcing, gérer les appels d'offres (RFP, RFI, RFQ) jusque la sélection des fournisseurs en tenant compte du Coût Total de Possession (TCO) et des axes stratégiques, et négocier les contrats pour obtenir les meilleures conditions d'achats conformément aux exigences de l'Entreprise.
Assurer une gestion professionnelle et de confiance de la relation fournisseur avec les principaux acteurs de l'industrie aéronautique et maintenir l'éthique et les normes de conformité de l'Entreprise dans toutes vos transactions.
Assurer le suivi du/des contrat(s) (pendant les phases d'innovation, de développement, de production série et de support) avec les fournisseurs et partenaires internes pour garantir la pleine conformité aux termes et conditions du contrat tout au long de sa durée et s'assurer que les livrables fournis par les prestataires de services et produits répondent à toutes les attentes de performance (logistique, support, qualité, coût, etc.).
Identifier les synergies potentielles avec les divisions et entités du Groupe AIRBUS.
