Within the Global Tech Department and reporting to the IT Supply Chain Domain Manager, your main objective will be to organize, lead, and execute IT projects within the Enterprise Solution Department. These projects will support our upstream and downstream Supply Chain strategy, Logistics, and Ecommerce in an omnichannel and international context (over 30 countries). The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

Manage the organization and execution of Supply Chain domain projects (definition, estimations, governance, deliverables, action plan follow-up, budget tracking, preparation and facilitation of committees), while respecting commitments in terms of timelines, costs, and quality

Oversee service providers and vendors involved in project implementation

Contribute to defining the application architecture of solutions, ensuring their integration into the Sephora ecosystem, and guaranteeing the overall coherence of Sephora’s information system

Support integration teams on the technical solutions to be implemented and ensure the delivery and performance of the developed solutions

Assist Sephora’s Business Departments in project ownership of information system initiatives.

Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications

Conduct technology watch and research new solutions to meet user needs

Types of projects managed by the IT Supply Chain team:

Migration to SAP S/4HANA

Participation in roll-outs for new market/country openings

Evolution of our distribution networks

Expansion of our Ecommerce sales channels

Deployment of new logistics warehouses to support growth

New omnichannel customer services: Click & Collect, Ship from warehouse, loyalty programs, enhanced payment services…

Furthermore, Sephora’s IT strategy is to ensure the migration to SAP S/4HANA, and this position is part of that transformation. The Solution Delivery Manager will be responsible for supporting this initiative by ensuring consistency of Supply Chain processes and the solutions implemented.

Master’s degree (Master 2) from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university background

At least 8–10 years of experience gained within a consulting firm, systems integrator, or the Supply Chain division of an IT department, ideally in the Retail sector

Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in IT Supply Chain project management in an international context

Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP SD and MM modules is mandatory, along with knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. Familiarity with SAP Retail is highly valued

Proven experience in managing IT projects in the Supply Chain domain and in an international environment (knowledge of project management standards and software development methodologies is a key requirement)

Excellent understanding of Supply Chain business processes

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to understand functional needs and business challenges, leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Autonomous and pragmatic, attentive and adaptable, with a focus on continuous improvement and internal customer satisfaction

Knowledge of information system architecture is appreciated

You possess all the qualities required to lead a project: leadership, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, listening and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and writing abilities. You are also proactive and strongly customer-oriented

Fluent in English (written and spoken) and willing to travel occasionally
