Role
This is an excellent opportunity to develop a deep understanding of media activity within a leading international luxury environment. As a Media Project Manager, you will act as a key referent for media practices, contributing significantly to the following areas:
Maisons & Agencies Management
Provide daily support to the Group Media department and Maisons on diverse topics, with a strong focus on contracts and Finance compliance.
Co-manage mid-year and annual agency performance evaluations (from surveys to reporting and analysis), steering two sessions per year to monitor Maisons' satisfaction.
Contribute to assessing the effectiveness of local Maisons' media activity, by preparing first, and then reporting Markets visits.
Facilitate the sharing of best practices among Maisons, communicating best-in-class processes and guidelines to enhance collective expertise and media planning efficiency.
Regularly update and maintain our Media Process Handbook and other reference documents to inform and guide Maisons.
Contract & Finance Compliance
Co-supervise and control media agencies' workflow, performance, and services, with a particular focus on financial reconciliation and invoicing.
Ensure the rigorous application of contracts (e.g., WPP Media, Dentsu X), including adherence to Contract terms, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Scope of Work, Processes and Ways of Working.
Manage shared fees for Maisons to enable Group Framework activities and oversee follow up and quarterly invoicing.
Monitor Value Management topics (e.g., Proprietary media, Productivity, Savings, AVBs) for consolidation, strict follow-up, reporting, and analysis.
Effectively monitor direct buying and Co-op Retail Media by Maisons.
Verify that local media practices of Maisons, as operated by agencies, align with contractual agreements and market best practices.
Monitor vendor contracts to maintain an up-to-date database, and compile media market research and competitive information to guide competitive analysis and establish robust methodologies.
Report and analyze these data to consolidate accurate and exhaustive information & database across markets, providing valuable conclusions and insights.
Media Strategy
Co-manage the sharing of Group media opportunities with Maisons and oversee the Out-of-Home (OOH) approval process.
Contribute to the deployment of the Richemont Group Media approach for global deals and partnerships with key vendors, covering both punctual and ongoing activations.
Act as a go-to-person for media planning and buying questions, and Media POV, ensuring Maisons' adherence to Group guidelines, complementing agency expertise.
Profile
Master's degree in Marketing, Economics and/or Business
4-6 Years Of Professional Experience, Ideally Gained Within a Media agency, or a Consultancy, or a luxury Group with a Corporate function
With a strong multi-media background (Online + Offline) and a high exposure in an international environment
Strong interest in the Luxury sector
Fluent in English & French (both written and spoken)
Job Competences
Expertise in global media activity, encompassing strategy, coordination, planning, reporting, performance, and digital transformation.
Very comfortable with Project management process, and agency/partner/third-party vendor management
Ability to constructively challenge partnerships and situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills: structure and storytelling as key points
Rigorous, autonomous, pro-active, strong team player
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis, graph creation, compelling chart design).
