About the team: We are looking for a Customer and Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team at the Bouzonville site. As the main customer interface, you ensure customer requirements are met and drive customer satisfaction.

What you can look forward to as a Customer and Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d):

Ensure customer satisfaction by leading all customer-related quality topics

Manage customer claims from end to end (analysis, containment, 8D/problem‑solving, follow‑up, and on‑time closure)

Implement and promote continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality performance and prevent recurrence

Your Profile as a Customer and Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d):

Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Engineering or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position

Technical skills: Problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa), audit techniques, and automotive quality standards.

Tools : Microsoft 365

Languages: Advanced English & French. German is a plus.

Personal qualities: Methodical, analytical, autonomous, and strong teamwork skills
