Our client, a well-established hotel in Paris, is seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to support revenue growth through proactive sales and client relationship development. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality sales professional to join a dynamic team in one of Europe’s leading tourism and business destinations. Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group travel segments Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings Conduct client meetings, hotel presentations, and site inspections Negotiate rates, contracts, and group bookings in line with revenue strategy Collaborate with the revenue and marketing teams to maximise occupancy and profitability Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and client meetings where required Maintain accurate records within the CRM and report on sales activity and performance Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or business development within the hotel sector Strong understanding of the Paris hospitality market and corporate travel landscape Proven ability to generate new business and meet revenue targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail
