Drive demand planning for leading FMCG brands in a global environment
We are looking for a
Senior Demand Planner
to play a key role in shaping demand forecasting, supply chain performance, and business planning for a portfolio of well-known consumer brands.
This role sits at the heart of the
Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP process , working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and regional teams to ensure accurate forecasts, strong product availability, and end-to-end supply chain optimisation.

What You’ll Do
Actively contribute to the
IBP and S&OP processes
for a portfolio of brands
Own
monthly sales forecasts
(base and promotional) with a rolling
24-month horizon
Collaborate with central Demand Planning teams on
statistical forecasting models
and validation
Ensure
product availability , coordinating with local and regional supply and production teams
Manage product portfolio follow-up in collaboration with
Master Data
teams
Lead demand planning for
promotional activities
alongside Sales, Category Management, and Trade teams
Monitor brand performance using key Supply Chain KPIs:
Days of Supply (DOS)
SLOB
UFR
Support business development and optimisation projects with Sales and Marketing
Drive
end-to-end supply chain execution improvements
Own and ensure adherence to the
demand planning drumbeat
for the French market
Act as a key contact for
demand planning improvement initiatives
Facilitate
Demand Review and assumption meetings
What You’ll Bring
Degree in
Supply Chain, Business, Management , or equivalent experience
~ 5 years’ experience
in demand planning or sales forecasting
First experience in
FMCG
strongly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Advanced
Excel
skills
Experience with
SAP / APO / BW / Anaplan / Power BI
is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to
challenge and influence stakeholders
Fluent English
and comfortable working in an international environment
