As a Marine Site Manager you will manage the full operation of the Marine Site or Sites under your control, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of husbandry, fish health and welfare, quality standards, site and equipment maintenance and health and safety, whilst leading, coaching and developing a strong team. Responsibilities The Marine Site Manager is responsible for:

Managing the full operation of the Marine Site(s) under their control

Ensuring compliance with high standards of husbandry, fish health and welfare, and quality standards

Maintaining site and equipment to required standards

Maintaining health and safety compliance

Leading, coaching and developing a strong team
