What You’ll Do as a Staff Solution Engineer at Arteris Join our innovative team and help shape the future of semiconductor technology, specifically system‑on‑chip (SoC) and chiplets. In this role, you will contribute to enabling efficient integration of Arteris IP and tool products into customer SoC and chiplet designs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive impact across cutting‑edge products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and define cross‑product design flows to ensure seamless integration across Arteris products.

Rapidly prototype innovative solutions to address customer needs.

Partner with customers to demonstrate, validate, refine, and optimize proposed solutions.

Develop training materials and technical documentation to support internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and application engineering teams to drive solution excellence.

Influence product development to ensure interoperability and alignment with customer requirements.

Represent Arteris in global customer engagements, with travel expected 15%–25%.

What You Bring

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Solid understanding of System‑on‑Chip (SoC) architecture and design principles.

Proficiency in Python programming for automation and data processing tasks.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and adapt to evolving technical challenges.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and customers.

Bonus Points If You Have

Familiarity with IP integration concepts and EDA tool flows.

Exposure to network‑on‑chip (NoC) technologies or interconnect design.

Experience with scripting for design automation or CAD environment setup.

Knowledge of ARM or RISC‑V ecosystems (CPU, interfaces, fabrics).

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

A few years of relevant experience in semiconductor or SoC‑related fields or a recent graduate.
