Your role We are looking for a Developers Manager who will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of our software product within a fast‑paced, Agile environment.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Software Development Manager to lead, mentor, and grow our high‑performing software engineering teams.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who excels at building a collaborative and innovative team culture. You will bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution, ensuring your teams have the support, clarity, and resources needed to build scalable, high‑quality solutions. This position is central to our product’s success, focusing on people management, process excellence, and timely delivery.

Main Responsibilities

Lead, Mentor, and Manage a team of software engineers, fostering their professional and technical growth through coaching, feedback, and career development guidance.

Drive Agile Processes by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, ensuring the team consistently delivers on its commitments.

Ensure High‑Quality Delivery by championing best practices in software development, including code reviews, automated testing, and robust CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with Stakeholders by working closely with Product Managers, Architects, and other business leaders to translate product roadmaps into actionable development plans and user stories.

Remove Impediments and shield the team from distractions to maintain focus and high velocity.

Manage Team Performance by setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews, and managing workload distribution for both internal engineers and external vendor teams.

Promote Technical Excellence by guiding the team in technical decisions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong programming background (e.g., Java, Node.js).

3‑5+ years of direct people management experience leading software development teams in an Agile environment.

Solid experience with micro‑services architectures, containerization (Kubernetes), and event‑driven systems (Kafka).

Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

Writing Javascript/Typescript professionally and experience with at least one statically‑typed language.

Understanding of micro‑frontend architecture.

Expert in Functional Programming and Design Driven Development.

Strong understanding of how distributed applications are designed and built.

Working into an agile development team.
