As a Methods Technician, reporting to the Head of Methods and working in a multidisciplinary R&D environment, your role will be to contribute to the industrialization of our products and optimize production processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Contributing to the definition and management of the industrial documentation for our products (Bill of Materials / routings / procedures) within our ERP system

Developing and maintaining manufacturing and testing procedures/work instructions for production teams, in close collaboration with the Development, Operations, and Quality teams

Contributing to workshop ergonomics and productivity improvements by proposing process and equipment enhancement solutions

Designing production tooling using CAD and overseeing their implementation

Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
