Key Responsibilities:
Under appropriate supervision, carry out insightful and practical technical analyses in your area of expertise while also contributing to related tasks outside your specialization in coordination with subject matter experts from various disciplines.
Apply technical consulting skills to help expand ERM’s range of environmental services.
Oversee desktop reviews for environmental constraints and support permitting activities.
Engage directly with clients and their technical teams on topics involving biological and environmental sciences.
Deliver tasks within set quality, budget, and timeline parameters according to project scope.
Ensure all work aligns with ERM’s quality, formatting, and management system standards.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a natural science-related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
0–2+ years of professional experience preferred.
Strong dedication to health and safety protocols.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for organization and technical reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to change, and work independently with minimal guidance.
Proven potential to thrive as a consultant—collaborative mindset, eagerness to grow, proactive attitude, flexible, and focused on client service.
A valid driver’s license is mandatory due to the travel demands of the role, which includes frequent site visits across a wide region.
Preference will be given to candidates residing locally.
