Technical Project Manager

NextLevel Automations is a lean, fast-moving automation and development agency. We build real products for real clients — custom web apps, AI-powered workflows, GoHighLevel systems, and complex API integrations. We're founder-led, client-obsessed, and growing fast. The Role

This is not a pure PM role and it's not a pure dev role — it's both. You'll be hands-on building alongside the founder while also staying close to clients, understanding every active project, and helping keep things moving. You'll join client calls, understand the business context behind every build, and be trusted with the full picture of what we're working on. If you're a builder who also thinks strategically and communicates well, this was written for you. What You’ll Actually Do

Build and deploy automation workflows (we use n8n heavily) Develop web applications using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, etc.) — vibe coding is a real part of this job Set up and configure GoHighLevel for clients — automations, pipelines, funnels, sub-accounts Join all client Zoom calls and stay fully up to speed on every project Help track deliverables, follow-ups, and project status across multiple clients Take ownership of tasks end-to-end with minimal hand-holding What We’re Looking For

Solid development fundamentals — you know how to architect something, not just prompt for it Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, or Zapier) Familiarity with GoHighLevel or willingness to learn it fast Comfortable with AI coding tools — you use them daily, not occasionally Strong English communication — you'll be on calls with clients Self-directed and organized — you don't need to be micromanaged European timezone preferred for overlap Nice to Have
