Senior Solution Engineer ( Mandarin Speaker)

Senior Solution Engineer – AGV/AMR Automation (Mandarin and French Speaking) Location?France We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to support the design and delivery of advanced AGV/AMR automation solutions in the French market. This role bridges customer needs, technical solution design, and project delivery, playing a critical part in winning and successfully executing automation projects. Key Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales solution design for AGV/AMR automation projects in France, including customer requirement analysis, on-site surveys, data analysis, and operational scenario evaluation Develop tailored technical concepts, system layouts, and comparative solution proposals based on customer needs Prepare and deliver high-quality technical proposals, including documentation, system layouts, tender responses, and presentation materials Actively support project bidding, customer technical clarification meetings, and solution discussions Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, and Delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility, cost alignment, and smooth handover from pre-sales to project execution Provide ongoing technical support during project delivery, including parameter validation, system testing, and troubleshooting Collect and consolidate customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of products and solution design

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, preferably in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or Logistics-related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in AGV, AMR, or logistics automation solutions Strong ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into practical technical solutions Proficient in data analysis, system layout, and process design Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD, 3D CAD software, and MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills Fluent in French and Mandarin (mandatory) Professional working proficiency in English
