Payroll Specialist

to join on a

6-month contract basis

in Paris. This role requires strong knowledge of French payroll legislation, CBAs, and compliance, as well as experience working in multinational environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee payroll mergers and employee transitions. Manage the deregistration of France entities. Administer France CBAs, leaver processes, and redundancies. Handle sickness (long- and short-term), RTT, vacation, and holiday payments. Process WoCo payments and settlement agreement payments. Administer training taxes and other payroll-related taxes. Manage company cars, private health insurance, and supplementary pensions. Liaise with payroll vendors and resolve employee payroll queries. Support internal and external audits. Collaborate with local authorities in France. Requirements Proven experience in French payroll processing and compliance. Strong understanding of French employment law and payroll regulations. Fluent in French (both written and spoken). Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model (3 days in office). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
