Engineering & How We Work

In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and ourselves. We move fast, own our work, and tackle big problems. Our stack includes Python/Flask, React, React Native, PostgreSQL. Our process values those who make product decisions also building them. We aim to hire engineers who will scale our engineering community from diverse perspectives (product, tech, and internal organization-wise). What You’ll Build

A global onboarding platform serving 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Smart automation for life events (adding family members, retirement, company transitions) to reduce friction and delight users. Innovative self-service solutions that reduce operational costs while improving member satisfaction. Qualifications & Fit

3+ years of software engineering experience; well-versed in object-oriented programming (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and web technologies (modern JavaScript). Willing to work in Python/JavaScript; experience in both is not required. Passionate about building products; self-starting and entrepreneurial; humble and eager to grow; collaborative and team-oriented. Fluent in English; French-speaking ideal for a team with French natives. Actively capable of handling complex regulatory requirements across multiple countries. For this opportunity, we aim to hire within the C1-F level range. High potential and curiosity are valued above strict checklist alignment. Perks & Benefits
