Logistics Project Manager Specialist

Description Within Cainiao France, you will support both infrastructure-related logistics projects and data-driven optimization initiatives.

The role combines project coordination for sorting center capacity upgrades with analytical and cross-functional work involving product and algorithm teams.

Due to business growth and an increasing number of projects, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous profile able to manage multiple topics in parallel and contribute to both project execution and analytics-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Support logistics infrastructure and SC capacity projects: coordinate new equipment deployment and process improvements inside sorting centers; support project planning, follow‑up, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Data analysis and product / algorithm project coordination: perform data analysis to support operational and optimization projects; work closely with tech teams to translate operational needs into analytical or algorithmic requirements; analyze results and consolidate operational feedback from local teams.

Cross‑functional coordination: collaborate on a daily basis with various local French teams in a cross‑functional environment; support communication and coordination across operations, planning, product, and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Fluent in French; professional working level in English.

Comfortable working with data (Excel mandatory, Python is a strong plus).

Strong learning ability and problem‑solving mindset.

Autonomous, structured, and able to manage multiple topics in parallel.

Preferred

Previous experience or internship in logistics, supply chain, or operations.

Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Python / SQL / BI tools).

Experience working with cross‑functional or international teams.
