The Role Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, you will play a hands‑on role in supporting our SME clients and contributing to the day‑to‑day operations of the Customer Success team. This internship is for you if you are curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn the inner workings of a fast‑scaling fintech.

What do we want to achieve together?

Client Support & Onboarding

Assist in onboarding new customers: preparing materials, coordinating steps, and tracking action items.

Be a direct point of contact for some clients, answering questions and ensuring quality follow‑up.

Help maintain and update the knowledge base, CS playbooks, and internal documentation.

Data Monitoring & Reporting

Track customer health indicators (product adoption, engagement, churn signals) and flag risks to the CSM.

Build and update client‑facing and internal reports using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and internal tools.

Support usage analysis to identify upsell opportunities and potential risks.

Internal Coordination

Act as an operational link between Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams (collecting client feedback, preparing meetings, writing follow‑ups).

Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

Student in a business school or university (Master's level), with a strong interest in tech and data.

Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus), Google Sheets/Excel, and eager to develop skills in SQL or Google Analytics.

Strong interpersonal skills, a customer‑first mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple topics at once.

Autonomous, proactive, and at ease in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.

Able to speak both French to a native level and professional English language proficiency
