About The Position
As a Field Services Project Engineer, you will hold a hybrid role combining operational technical execution, engineering, and project management. The objective of this position, which brings together these three complementary areas of expertise, is to ensure the safe and flawless execution of projects.
You will be assigned to the Steam Generators Business Unit and will primarily be involved in operational activities related to Sludge lancing operations, FOSAR, and televisual inspections.
You will report hierarchically to the Operations Manager, while working functionally under the supervision of the Project Manager and the Site Manager.
You will mainly work on French nuclear power plant sites, with the possibility of contributing to Westinghouse projects at other sites in France and internationally. The position is based at our Villejust headquarters (91) and involves an estimated 50% travel to EDF nuclear power plants (CNPE), with an estimated 30% presence at headquarters (excluding remote work).
Duties And Responsibilities
Adhere to and promote Westinghouse values.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge and rigorous application of Westinghouse requirements in nuclear safety, industrial safety, radiation protection, environmental protection, and quality.
Ensure compliance with project schedules and milestones.
Work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining clear and secure communication.
Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills, with a structured and methodical approach to work.
Maintain a critical and proactive mindset: identify, report, and manage deviations in accordance with applicable procedures.

Operational Activities
Installation of launching and video inspection equipment.
Performance of functional testing on equipment.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Execution of sludge launching operations and video inspections.
Monitoring and inspection of installation systems and equipment.
Preparation and documentation of intervention reports and maintenance files.
Engineering Activities
Development of intervention procedures.
Ensure regulatory compliance of activities and deliverables.
Preparation of technical specifications.
Identification of improvement opportunities and contribution to feedback processes and lessons‑learned capitalization.
Project Management
Support the Project Manager and the Intervention Manager in their daily activities.
Create and update the project schedule.
Update the project organization chart.
Issue purchase requisitions.
Monitor logistics, including transportation.
Prepare the final project report.
Education And Qualifications
Years of experience: 0 to 3 years.
Professional certifications: SCN, RP, CSQ preferably in the nuclear field.
Skills and competencies: Microsoft Office, Mecanic, Electricity, Electro-mecanic, SAP preferably.
