You will work within the Digital Solution for Commerce team portal Product Owner.
Interacting with our Subsidiaries, Distributors, and our internal departments, you will be responsible to drive the product backlog from business need capture down to delivery.
What will be your missions?
On a daily basis, you will be Voice of Business within the project, and will work in collaboration with business teams like Subsidiaries and Distributors, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality and Compliance, ..
Gather, frame,qualify and scope business requirements (URS User Requirements Specifications) within the bioMérieux methodology by driving and facilitating business workshops, writing meeting minutes, following up actions
Manage and maintain requirements in the development process by managing the backlog using collaborative tools (e.g., JIRA, Helix/TestTrackSuite, etc.)
Drive business topics in grooming sessions with development team to help qualify tickets, monitor and define priorities, with the responsibility of arbitrating sprints and feature priorities, within the budget allocated
Run UAT (User Acceptance Tests) to ensure developments described in User stories and Epics meet the expectations
Analyze customer anomalies and feedback following production releases and provide adequate support
Accompany and support the roll out teams to explain the value and benefits of each sprint
Requirements
Who are you?
Autonomous and proactive, you can easily connect with people to drive efficiency in an international company with complex matrix organization, ideally in a pharma/IVD setting
You can deep dive in complex and interdependent processes to extract the big picture and frame relevant user stories
Communication, organizational and synthesis skills
Previous experience of backlog management and/or previous experience with the following functions: Sales, Marketing, Supply chain and Customer Support processes
Knowledge / previous practice of Agile / SCRUM methodology or similar experience is recommended
Previous experience and practice of JIRA, Helix (TestTrackSuite), and Salesforce platforms is a plus
