IT Support Specialist
in France.
Responsibilities
Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot XP, Windows, and Cisco Jabber applications.
Support Apple PC users with basic knowledge of Mac OS.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
Perform general preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and hardware/software issues.
Have broad IT experience with understanding of networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
Work effectively in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must hold a valid work permit in France.
Fluency in the local language (minimum B2 level).
Several years of professional experience in IT support is preferred.
