Local Media & Campaign Performance Expert
Key Responsibilities
1. Media Advisory for Brand and Marketing Teams
Review media briefs and evaluate media recommendations
Support operational campaign execution
Conduct post-campaign analytics and consolidate key learnings
Use existing tools such as briefing templates and budget calculators to guide teams
2. Data Matching & Audience Insights
Set up and execute data matching between internal teams and external data providers
Assess audience relevance versus campaign objectives
Provide actionable insights to marketing and media stakeholders
Manage an ongoing project focused on new and innovative media approaches
Coordinate across global and local internal teams and external partners
Ensure structured project management, timelines, and deliverables
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Compile campaign and project results
Develop clear performance and impact reports
Ensure documentation of outputs and knowledge sharing
5. Process Support & Optimization
Support internal functions in setting up or improving media-related processes
Contribute to best practices and standard operating procedures
Ensure effective communication and coordination with media agencies when required
Key Skills & Requirements
Knowledge of French market regulatory and compliance requirements related to product promotion, pharmaceutical industry standards, and GDPR/data privacy
Strong expertise in media campaigns, media strategy, and performance analytics
Excellent communication and project management skills
Fluent in French (native) and English
Based in France
Hybrid working model: approximately 3 days per week on-site in Paris, remaining days remote
