Expert Design Composites Motorsport

Reporting to the Program Director, you will act as the

main technical contact for the client

and coordinate with the design office to distribute tasks and ensure engineering performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

design of mechanical components and assemblies

for race cars

Develop

technical solutions

and support design decisions

Manage the

design of vehicle subsystems , including:

suspension

chassis

engine integration

cooling systems

hydraulic and fuel systems

Create and review

3D models and drawings using CATIA V5

Work closely with

simulation, manufacturing, supply chain and assembly teams

Ensure designs meet

performance, reliability and regulatory requirements

Supervise design activities within the engineering team

Profile

Master's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

10+ years experience in motorsport vehicle design

Strong understanding of

race car subsystems and vehicle integration

Advanced skills in

CATIA V5

Key Skills

Strong communication and listening skills

Ability to

take technical decisions

and

influence stakeholders

Good organizational skills to manage

design workload and timelines

Ability to

guide and support design engineers
