Head of Online Revenue (Self-Serve) . In this role you will own and scale Wooclap’s self‑serve business line with full P&L responsibility, driving online acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth across multiple international markets. You will work cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Engineering to build a high‑performing Product‑Led Growth engine. The position is based in

As
Head of Online Revenue (Self‑Serve) , you will be accountable for the entire self‑serve P&L. You won’t manage a large team directly – instead you’ll lead a business line, coordinating experts across SEO, CRM, Product, Paid Acquisition, Data, and Customer Experience. Your mission is to accelerate online growth, maximise conversion, and scale self‑serve revenue internationally.
Responsibilities
Drive self‑serve user and B2B prospect acquisition across all online channels (SEO / GEO, paid acquisition, partnerships, experimentation).
Own acquisition performance on wooclap.com, wooflash.com, and all related digital touchpoints.
Maximise conversion rates across the self‑serve funnel.
Optimise lead capture, qualification, and activation for B2B prospects.
Continuously test, analyse, and iterate to improve funnel efficiency and revenue impact.
Be directly accountable for revenue generated through the self‑serve model.
Develop strategies to increase ARPU, LTV, and activation while reducing churn.
Collaborate closely with Product on pricing, packaging, and in‑product growth levers.
Establish a deeply data‑driven growth culture; build revenue models, forecasts, and dashboards to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
Architect CRM automation across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation.
Coordinate and influence Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Engineering teams around growth priorities; oversee external partners to maximise ROI.
Act as a strong business owner, aligning stakeholders toward shared revenue outcomes.
Profile Requirements
Minimum
6 years of experience
in growth, marketing, or revenue roles, including
3+ years with direct online revenue responsibility .
Proven experience in
B2B SaaS
and/or e‑commerce environments.
Strong expertise in
Product‑Led Growth (PLG)
models.
Highly analytical, comfortable owning revenue metrics and forecasts.
Experience driving growth across
multiple international markets .
Skills Requirements
Revenue Ownership:
Strong business mindset with full P&L accountability.
Data & Analytics:
Advanced ability to analyse performance, build revenue models, and make data‑driven decisions.
Growth Channels:
Solid expertise in SEO, paid acquisition, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Ability to influence and align teams without direct authority.
Communication:
Clear, structured, and effective communication across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Adaptability:
Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, evolving SaaS environment.
Required: A weekly presence at the
Paris or Brussels office (min 3×/week) .
