Purpose of the job The Regional Business Process Expert (RBPE) is in charge to support the PLM4A roll‑out project at region level including anticipation of data cleansing activities, process explanation, key‑user training, support post Go‑live and also to support continuous improvement and tool adoption. Post deployment, the RBPE will be in charge to ensure PLM4A adoption for your respective stream including core process usage, KPIs follow‑up, training refresh, …

Organisation Structure The RBPE reports hierarchically to the Transition Management Director & dotted line to central Business Process Owner (BPO) of the respective function.

with RBPE teams from other Regions

with Europe Region management

Assess data prior to PLM4A deployment & drive associated data cleansing activities.

Participate to pre‑study & Fit / Gap phases for your respective stream.

Participate on key change management topics.

Ensure integration with other streams for end‑to‑end topics.

Proactively monitor for data integrity; Reinforce Master Data Governance.

Participate to Post Go‑live support.

System and Process Sustainability

Implement Control tower approach / monitoring of usage post deployment to ensure core processes are respected; Liaise between BPO and KU network to identify process optimization and/or tailoring opportunities that achieve both efficiency and appropriate governance.

Be the point of contact for BPO at region level (participate in KU network, escape open points if appropriate, release management – business needs / prioritization at region level)

Consolidate, prioritize and report open points

Animate KU network for his / her stream at regional level; Share best practices.

Communicate and support all future PLM4A releases and updates; Manage changes

Ensure top region KPIs for assigned stream are identified and monitored; Identify and lead changes to improve KPIs

Measurement

Regular update of the KPIs and the process maturity matrix

Follow up and closing the action plan

Quick response to process issues from the site

Providing solutions within PLM4A for localized processes.

Qualification Requirements

Several years Engineering experienced person, with a sound knowledge and experience in operations

Experience or understanding of RSC Engineering / Industrial processes and Method & Tools (M&T)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in PLM- and additional tools for design, change control, etc.

Proven leadership and change management skills

Behavioral Requirements

Focused on continuous improvement, & efficiency.

Capacity to train Key-Users and follow up their technical skill.

Operational leadership to be the voice of the Processes Métier in his Region
