IT Operations Manager H/F

Responsibilities

Team Management & Coordination

Supervise, support, and coach managers from different teams

IT support (France & Romania)

Store and logistics platform maintenance

Store hotline

Incident management

Vendor Management

Manage external service providers, subcontractors, and consultants

Lead and follow the outsourcing strategy

Budget Management

Create, monitor, and improve the IT department budget (Capex / Opex)

Help with medium- and long-term financial planning

Reporting

Prepare and approve key reports and performance indicators (KPIs)

Education & Language Skills

Degree in IT, engineering, or similar (Bachelor's or Master's level)

Fluent in French and English (international environment)

Experience & Key Skills

At least 10 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in team or project management

Good understanding of business needs and IT challenges

Strong leadership and team motivation skills, especially with international teams

Well-organized and confident in decision-making

Independent, reliable, and able to manage stress

Goal-oriented with a strong service mindset
