Your Role Our tech team is growing rapidly to support an ambitious roadmap. We are hiring experienced

Senior Back‑end Developers (Ruby/Rails)

who will shape our roadmap, design technical solutions, and help deliver a great user experience. You will also have the opportunity to experiment and bring new ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

Interact with Product Managers to review project specifications.

Prepare integration plans, breakdowns, and estimations.

Write hands‑on code, submit pull requests, conduct code reviews, and write tests.

Qualifications Must‑haves

5+ years of experience as a back‑end or full‑stack engineer; recent experience with Ruby on Rails is mandatory.

Experience in tech scale‑ups or similar agile, fast‑paced environments.

Experience building large‑scale products used by thousands of monthly users.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.

Ownership mindset – we value owners, not renters.

Comfort with building uncensored AI products (#NSFW).
