Be responsible for the operation of the resort's equipment, materials and infrastructure (300 to 1500 people) Supervise a team of technicians and subcontractors of around 20 people Manage preventive and curative operations for equipment and propose technical improvements or solutions Evaluate the costs of maintenance work and be responsible for the validation and qualification procedures for equipment Prevent operating incidents and monitor technology Manage your budget and guarantee the economic results of the service Apply and respect Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets Maintain good relations with the authorities, owners, safety commissions Unite and motivate the teams around defined objectives and support them in their development In becoming a G.O Technical Services Manager, you will benefit from the infrastructures and activities offered by Club Med.
