This a unique opportunity to join our early-stage start-up at the time of our Beta launch. We’re a remote, international team of serial entrepreneurs, building a platform with Business Tools and a Marketplace for Coaches, Creators, Wellness Practitioners, Holistic therapists and Clients in Personal Transformation. We’re launching our Beta version in January 2025 and are targeting the US market.

The problem we´re solving

Providers

in personal transformation are often solopreneurs who lack time or tech and marketing savviness. They struggle to juggle multiple standalone tools and to reach their target customers.

Mindioo provides a 2-sided platform that allows providers to connect with new clients, increase their visibility, and access the most common tools they need to conduct business effectively.

Clients

struggle to get an overview of the marketplace, stay organized and connect with suitable providers, content and resources. On our global marketplace, clients gets matched to services and content such as 1:1 sessions, video courses, podcasts, audio and e-books, events, all in one consolidated space.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CTO to lead our technical strategy through both the launch and scaling phases. You’ll guide our development team, ensure high-quality product delivery, and help shape the future of Mindioo.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the development team.

Shape technical strategy and oversee product development.

Manage technical debt and ensure product scalability.

Drive Beta testing and iterations.

Recruit, onboard, and mentor engineers.

Align technology with business strategy.

Monitor development speed and cost, removing blockers.

Manage security and privacy standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as CTO.

Experience developing either SaaS, Marketplaces or Creator economy platforms similar to Patreon.

Willingness to be hands on and support where needed.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have: Experience launching platforms in the US or in the Wellness space.

Infrastructure: AWS, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.

Integrations: Stripe API.

Sweat equity Co-Founder role. This is not a regular, paid employment.

Salary to be discussed once the company has sufficient revenue or funding.

Part-time or Full-time.

Must be available a few hours during CET.

Fully remote.
