Post description: Student Advising Officer in the Campus Life Section of CEDARS on a two‑year fixed‑term basis with contract‑end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with possibility of renewal. Duties: Design and deliver university‑wide anti‑scam campaigns and educational outreach addressing risks for non‑local students. Develop and implement programmes to foster adaptation to local academic, social, and cultural environments. Organize orientation activities, cultural exchange events, and social integration programmes. Provide timely assistance and guidance to students facing challenges in adjustment, well‑being or crisis. Plan and execute publicity strategies across digital and social media platforms to promote support services and events. Create engaging multimedia content tailored to diverse student communities. Recruit, train, and manage student ambassadors to assist in programme delivery. Collaborate with internal units and external partners to strengthen support networks for non‑local students. Perform any other tasks as assigned to advance the objectives of the Global Student Support Team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with at least 3–5 years of relevant post‑qualification administrative experience, preferably in event management, marketing, multimedia publicity, or tertiary education. Strong communication skills and fluency in Putonghua and English. Familiarity with social media platforms popular among non‑local students. Proficiency in publicity, digital marketing, and multimedia content creation. Demonstrated passion for student support, cultural integration, and proactive engagement.
