Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist
plays a key role in building the teams that drive Hublo’s growth and impact. As part of the People team, you will recruit talents who elevate our performance, strengthen our culture, and ensure every hire contributes to Hublo’s mission. Balancing precision, curiosity, and speed, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a strong partnership with hiring managers. You hire with purpose, not just to fill roles, but to shape the future of healthcare work.
Your leadership —
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles (approximately 25–30 hires per year).
Responsibilities include:
Deliver consistent, structured, and data-driven execution from brief to offer.
Ensure full alignment between hiring priorities, quality standards, and delivery time.
Identify and engage top candidates through multichannel sourcing (LinkedIn, referrals, automation).
Continuously optimize targeting, personalization, and candidate conversion.
Build and maintain qualified talent pools aligned with business needs.
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, acting as a strategic advisor and thought partner.
Challenge briefs with data and insights to ensure clarity, focus, and success.
Provide regular reporting on progress, pipeline health, and recruitment analytics.
Ensure 100% compliance across all recruitment stages: job postings, interview kits, structured feedback, scorecards.
Enforce and improve Hublo’s recruitment processes with rigor, transparency, and fairness.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in tooling, automation, and data quality.
Represent Hublo with care, authenticity, and professionalism at every touchpoint.
Ensure a candidate experience aligned with Hublo’s values: impact, humility, and excellence.
Contribute to employer brand visibility through advocacy and high-quality interactions.
Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, and analytics.
Share best practices and contribute to the adoption of smart TA technologies.
Qualifications
4–6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a demanding environment (SaaS, scale-up, tech, or agency).
Advanced sourcing expertise (Boolean, automation, AI tools).
Strong understanding of ATS (TeamTailor preferred), CRM, and recruitment analytics.
Structured, data-driven, and impact-oriented approach.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a learning mindset.
Precision, ownership, and execution excellence.
Fluent in English and French.
