You will join the Procurement of Equipment/Systems department, which supplies equipment for Avionics and Cockpit for all Plants/FALs and all Aircraft Programmes.

Supply Officer (f/m)

to join our Supply Management Avionics team based in

Toulouse, France . Your main role will involve managing supply and ordering activities for a portfolio of suppliers, preparing for future industrial challenges such as ramp-up and new product introduction. You will also contribute to our digital transformation initiatives to enhance value delivery to our customers.

Your challenges:

Facilitate new product introductions and modifications, negotiate logistics and ordering solutions with suppliers.

Manage forecasts, purchase orders, and supply chain KPIs.

Lead initiatives to reduce missing parts and late deliveries, monitor inventory, and optimize stock levels.

Participate in supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement activities.

This role may require travel approximately once per semester.

Your requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Ordering activities.

Knowledge of MRP II; certifications like BASICS or CPIM are a plus.

Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP PGI-PEA; data analytics skills using Python and cloud technologies.

Excellent communication, agility, leadership, and project management skills.

Negotiation level of English; French is a plus.
