User Experience & Publishing Production intern F/M New Tales / Production Paris area (Issy-les-Moulineaux), France / Full-time Internship

New Tales is looking for a passionate and motivated User Experience & Publishing Production intern (F/M) to join our team!

What is the job about?

As a User Experience & Production intern, you will assist the Publishing Producer with anything related to playtests for New Tales’ internally and externally developed games.

What does it mean for the day-to-day ?

Playing our games !

Preparing testing protocols

Enrolling the right players internally and/or externally, at the right time

Making sure players get the build when they are supposed to

Making sure players fill the survey and provide any necessary information/files

Compiling and analyzing results

Conveying results to the studio

What are we looking for ?

Personable, friendly and level-headed

An attention for details, capable of analyzing game design while playing

Experience with game-making process (even if it is for a student-project)

A keen interest in gaming and knowledge of gaming culture.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed ?

Team-oriented spirit with a collaborative mindset

Proficient in English (spoken and written)

You are comfortable with managing and meeting deadlines, organizing and planning tasks

You are able to communicate effectively and remind people of their deadlines

You communicate well when you are stuck, you want to brainstorm, or want feedback

6 months internship ideally from October 2025

1 paid leave per month fully worked (in case of 6 months internship only)
