Provide dedicated support to Finnish-speaking business clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with inquiries about business services, account management, and other operational needs. Resolve client issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our services. Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system for reference and quality assurance. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex business inquiries and enhance overall service delivery. Stay informed about the company’s products and services to provide relevant and effective assistance. Engage in continuous training and development to enhance your skills and service effectiveness. Fluency in Finnish and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Experience in a customer support role, preferably within a business or corporate setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications is advantageous. A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and good organizational skills are essential.
