About the team
You’ll join Greenly’s Delivery organisation — the team that brings carbon accounting to life for companies tackling more complex climate challenges. We also support clients whose needs go beyond the standard delivery flows: larger accounts, advanced climate topics, or situations where customer needs don’t exactly fit our standard processes.
This Professional Services perimeter is where we work with
strategic clients
who require deeper engagement, tailored execution, and strong project leadership. It’s a space where you’ll combine client excellence, smart effort, and sharp project management to deliver high‑quality results — while helping Greenly continue to evolve toward more scalable, product‑led delivery.
About the role
We’re looking for a
Manager for Professional Services Delivery
who will lead the team supporting Greenly’s most complex and strategic clients.
This role is a blend of
people leadership, project excellence, and top‑level client engagement . It requires someone who is structured, assertive, strong with ambiguity, and able to guide demanding clients while keeping teams motivated.
The ideal profile is an all‑rounder: someone who enjoys both
leading people and being hands‑on
in delivery, who thrives in complex situations, and who can navigate technical climate topics with ease (even without being a deep technical expert).
Your responsibilities:
Lead the Climate Experts delivering professional services for complex, high‑expectation clients
Own end‑to‑end delivery excellence: scoping, planning, communication, and project quality
Involvement in contract negotiations to ensure customer/delivery alignment pre‑sales
Manage stress, shifting scopes, and highly demanding stakeholders with calm and structure
Create strong, trust‑based relationships with clients — while keeping boundaries clear and healthy
Improve workflows, documentation, resource allocation, and ways of working within the team
Partner with Product to share recurring patterns and opportunities for future standardisation
Foster a team environment that is caring, stable, and mindful of workload & well‑being
Collaborate closely with Sales and other Delivery teams to ensure a coherent client experience
Objectives / Key Metrics:
Net Retention: maximise customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and grow strategic accounts within Greenly, in collaboration with Account Managers
Gross Margin: maintain a healthy gross margin so we can serve more customers sustainably, without overloading the team
Drive the product roadmap for Enterprise, based on quantified customer needs
Reporting line: COO and/or CTO
Skills to succeed
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in project management, customer delivery, or complex operational roles
Outstanding client communication skills — clear, structured, assertive ✨
Comfortable with climate & carbon accounting concepts (not necessarily an expert yet)
Able to handle high‑stakes clients, tight timelines, and conflicting priorities
Great people skills: coaching, support, honest feedback, team motivation
Comfortable working with engineering‑minded profiles (analysts, climate experts)
Strong cross‑team collaboration with Sales, Product, and Leadership
Calm under pressure; good at bringing clarity, structure, and decision‑making
You are fluent in
English
and
French
