Your Role
As a Logistics Coordinator - Campingaz & Coleman, you will play a key role in ensuring that goods move efficiently, accurately, and reliably through our Supply Chain. You will act as a central connection point between warehouses, carriers, customer service teams, and central Supply Chain planning, ensuring that operations run smoothly while delivering excellent service levels.
Your role offers the opportunity to work hands‑on with logistics partners, strengthen operational performance, and contribute to continuous improvement across Distribution & Transportation (D&T).
Key Responsibilities
Daily Logistics Operations: Coordinate inbound and outbound flows with warehouses and logistics partners, ensuring smooth daily operations, proper claims management, and efficient storage capacity usage.
Cost Control & Optimisation: Monitor logistics costs (including inbound, warehousing, consumables, and freight) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Inventory Management: Manage stock adjustments, quality issues, and returns while maintaining accurate records and supporting warehouse coordination.
Purchasing & Billing: Handle SAP purchasing processes (POs/STOs), ensure proper invoice control through OnBase, and maintain accurate administrative documentation.
Transport Coordination: Identify, quote, select, and communicate the most efficient transport solutions, ensuring customer and operational requirements are met.
Reporting & Analysis: Produce key reports such as weekly inbound follow‑up, monthly D&T performance reports, and excise duty control reports.
Projects & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to logistics, systems, and process improvement projects, helping shape future warehousing and distribution solutions.
What You Bring
Experience: Previous experience in logistics or Supply Chain operations.
Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with SAP is a distinct advantage.
Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in French and English.
Versatility: Willingness and ability to act as a backup for various roles within the D&T team.
Attributes: Detail‑oriented, organised, proactive, and eager to contribute to a high‑performing logistics function — while having the ability to work effectively with warehouses, carriers, internal teams, and external partners.
