Our platform enables brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns. Role Overview
As a Growth Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our acquisition engine. You will keep our paid, inbound, and organic channels performing at full speed while expanding into new channels, improving funnel performance, and building systems that support long‑term scale. This high‑impact, high‑ownership role is for an analytical, technical, and results‑oriented self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments and wants to shape how we scale.
Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize existing campaigns while scaling growth through new channels, audiences, and markets—including advertising, email marketing, events, affiliation, partnerships, and social media strategies.
Identify and evaluate new channels, audiences, and markets while contributing to system building that supports long‑term scale and cross‑channel growth.
Design and run structured experiments across ads, landing pages, and inbound flows to increase conversion rates, unlock new growth levers, and support scalable acquisition.
Use analytics, attribution models, and AI‑driven insights to identify opportunities, diagnose funnel inefficiencies, uncover performance gaps, and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
Own and enhance the technical infrastructure of the inbound funnel through system design and AI‑enabled automation—including routing, scoring, forms, UTMs, CRO, automations and integrations—to ensure a seamless acquisition pipeline.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Marketing to align on funnel performance, streamline operations, and ensure initiatives run on consistent, reliable data and systems.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in growth, marketing operations, or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience with paid channels such as SEA, LinkedIn, Meta, affiliation, events, or similar, and eagerness to scale acquisition beyond current channels.
Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Salesforce, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and more.
AI‑savvy and comfortable using AI tools to automate workflows, analyze data, build systems, and improve operational efficiency.
Structured, curious, resourceful, and motivated by solving complex problems with a focus on output and ROI.
Thrives in fast‑paced environments, takes initiative, and is excited by ownership and the opportunity to grow into a key role within the company.
Fluent in English, as we primarily operate in the US market.
