The Field Marketing France Lead is responsible for executing high-impact local marketing initiatives to support pipeline generation, brand presence, and customer/partner engagement in France.
This role is strongly execution-driven and requires a solid understanding of the French cybersecurity market, buyer ecosystem, and local field dynamics. The Field Marketing France Lead works closely with Sales and EMEA Marketing teams to deploy campaigns, events, and targeted programs adapted to the French market.
The role reports directly to the Global Field Marketing Manager.
Primary Responsibilities (Core Missions)
1. Local Campaign Execution & Sales Support
Execute and adapt global marketing campaigns for the French market.
Build tactical programs supporting France sales priorities, including:
Webinars and localized digital activations
Targeted outbound support initiatives
Customer communication and engagement programs
Ensure consistency of messaging across global campaigns while adapting content and formats to local market expectations.
2. Events & Field Activation
Own the execution of local field marketing activities in France, including:
Trade shows and cybersecurity conferences
Customer roundtables and executive events o Partner events and co-marketing activations: refers to section 4 for more details
Manage end-to-end delivery: logistics, budget follow-up, promotion, content coordination, and post-event execution (leads follow-up and reporting).
3. Market Expertise & Local Relevance
Maintain strong knowledge of the French cybersecurity ecosystem (vendors, partners, influencers, media, communities).
Identify tactical opportunities to increase engagement and market presence in France.
Ensure campaigns and events reflect local buyer behaviors, market maturity, and competitive context.
Support partner marketing execution in France (events, joint campaigns, activations).
Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with key partners to support pipeline acceleration.
Secondary Responsibilities (Performance & Operational Excellence)
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track and report the impact of France marketing initiatives on:
Event performance (attendance, engagement, ROI)
Lead generation and conversion
Pipeline contribution and sales follow-up efficiency
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
6. Cross-Team Coordination
Act as the main local marketing contact for France Sales/Channel stakeholders.
Coordinate execution with Digital Marketing, MarCom Strategy, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
Hard Skills
5-7 years of experience
Proven experience in B2B Field Marketing, Demand Generation or Regional Marketing
Strong hands-on expertise in event execution (trade shows, customer events, roundtables)
Solid understanding of the cybersecurity market in France (ecosystem, stakeholders, buying cycles)
Ability to execute integrated campaigns and adapt content to local audiences
Experience working with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, reporting dashboards)
Strong ability to track performance metrics and measure campaign impact
Soft Skills

Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong stakeholder management with Sales and cross-functional teams
Ability to manage priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
