Could you be the Cybersecurity Program Manager we're looking for our Saint Ouen (France) site?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and leverage your cybersecurity expertise in a new, cutting‑edge field. You will work with an innovative, dynamic, and committed team and contribute to the design of robust security architectures for our railway systems, particularly for signalling systems.
On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with the company's teams (engineering, projects, products) to analyze needs, define cybersecurity architectures and roadmaps (at products and system levels), monitor the implementation of these system architectures, and the evolution of the products involved.
Railway signalling systems are highly complex (trackside, trains, control centre, stations, depots, etc.) and digital. This complexity requires a broad cybersecurity approach.
As a Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will join the Urban Cybersecurity department and report to the Cybersecurity Platform Manager, working primarily on signalling systems.
Responsibilities
Conduct system‑level risk analyses to help define the security measures to be implemented during their design or deployment
Specify subsystem and product security requirements
Participate in responding to tenders by providing a vision of the cybersecurity of signalling systems

Monitor technological and regulatory developments in cybersecurity
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to explain cybersecurity concepts
Report cybersecurity level progress on systems

We value passion and mindset more than experience. That's why we don't expect you to possess all the skills. Instead, we've compiled a list of those we believe will help you succeed and thrive in this role:
Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Network or Systems, or Cybersecurity

Knowledge of the IEC‑62443 standard and industrial system security principles
