We are looking for a

Team Leader

to support our microtunnel projects in France and internationally. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee a production team operating the microtunneling machine. Your responsibilities include: Ensuring the proper functioning of the microtunneling equipment and supply chain, in accordance with plans, schedule, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Managing supplies necessary for the microtunnel operation (nozzles, pipes, cables, etc.). Monitoring equipment use, checking installations, and planning maintenance. Supervising operational teams: drivers, well/pit operators. Reporting anomalies to management. Providing daily activity reports to the site supervisor. Applying safety and environmental protection rules. Candidate Profile

Holder of a Bac Professionnel or BTS in civil engineering, ideally familiar with microtunneling roles (pilot, operator) or experienced in specialized foundations, drilling, or public works. Your technical interest, organizational skills, autonomy, and interpersonal abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Willingness to travel within France is mandatory; international mobility is a plus. Why Join Us?
